A good Romulan Way.
I decided to pick up this book after reading how detailed it went into TOS Romulan culture.
STO brought me here
I was curious about the non-canon stuff that was rolled into Star Trek Online's fun depiction of the Romulans, so I checked this out.
Romulan eye opener
Excellent story, The description of the Romulan way of life is something never broached on the Classic TV series..
I like this book because it is a continuation of the ...
I like this book because it is a continuation of the Horta episode from Star Trek the original TV series.
Got to like the historical piece to like this novel
Good story slow to develop and not really clear in some detail.
Diane Duane writes a great story about where the Romulans came from.
It isn't canon, but the story is great.
Would get 5 stars but...
Unfortunately, whoever the powers behind Star Trek are, they decided to chuck the whole of Duane's excellent "Rihannsu" story in favor of the crud we got with "Nemesis".
Brilliant!
The book that could launch a thousand anthropology theses just for its ability to nurture the turn of thought necessary to study other cultures..
Rihannsu Series
I loved this entire series and have read it many times.
A Different Kind of TOS Story
This is not a Star Trek novel as most people would think of one.
