If you wear a helmet this thing fits awesome under it and kept my head comfortable at 20 degrees outside.

The fit is a touch small as it does cover the ears, but didn't fully cover my wife's ears because of more hair relative to me.

This is literally my 3rd Arcteryx Rho Beanie, I've lost 2 of them and love this hat so much I continue to buy it again to replace the ones I've lost.
