A PENETRATING EXPLORATION OF A DYNAMIC ORGANIZATION

This book has some basic take-aways including: focus on significant contributions; create a corporate structure to allow, stimulate, and nurture new ideas; move decision-making as low as is possible; stay on course on new ideas in the marketplace; centralized crucial infrastructure, and decentralize everything else; and take the time to get the right people--don't settle for second-best.
